The city clocktower. The iron bell rings every hour on the hour. Its chime can be heard throughout the city, and as far as the academy. During the nighttime, light illuminates it, allowing people that roam in the dark to have a better view of their surroundings. The time upon the clock is done in Roman Numeral.
